Using our extensive technical and delivery knowledge we have designed and overseen more than 1000 units for our commercial housebuilder client St George in their award-winning scheme in Hendon, London.

Working closely with both the client and their network of contractors we were able to ensure the skilled resolution of key internal and external details. Being retained as part of the network of designers over several phases allowed us to continuously improve their product and integrate modern methods of construction into the detailed design and procurement stages, which reduced the build programme and ensured higher build quality.

Our skills and attention to detail were equally useful across the varied mix of tenures, from Shared ownership for Social Landlords to bold, luxurious and often bespoke finishes in the private units.
