POW have been fortunate to be appointed to submit a new planning application and provide detailed designs for construction for leading boutique London property developer Fruition Properties.

Along with a full Architectural Service POW will be acting as Principle designer.

The scheme of 17 units will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, coupled with commercial units at lower ground level.

We are excited to be working with this up and coming developer and to be creating a new relationship. As well as the opportunity to design some well crafted urban housing in this exciting part of Kilburn.
