countryside delivery framework

We're excited to say that we have been selected to join the framework of Countryside . Our first two projects will help them expand into the south west. We will deliver the technical packs for 508 timber framed homes.

The new homes at the Bower Farm site will comprise of 2 to 4-bedroom properties, of which 30% will be affordable. Located on the eastern edge of Bridgwater, the site is well-connected with transport links that provide easy access to the town centre and the M5.

The proposed scheme at Isleport Lane will bring 74 new affordable homes to the site. Located on the eastern fringe of Highbridge, the site is just north of Bridgwater and in close proximity to the M5 Junction 22 interchange, opening up access for residents to the South West.

Countryside are committed to building healthy and sustainable communities and have incorporated local play areas and a community hub building into the design of the scheme.

Work on site is due to start in Q3 2022.
