Groveway, working drawings

Exciting news that we have been appointed to deliver a working drawing pack for this infill development in Groveway, Oval, a truly beautiful residential street. The scheme comprises 4 residential apartments on the site which currently houses a dilapidated 3 bedroom house. Great intensification of development on a well connected small site in a central London conservation area.

The apartments with high ceilings and large windows, coupled with efficient envelope design and ventilation will create great homes with Georgian proportions but without the drafts and damp of historic building methods.

Working drawings start soon for a tender in Q2 2021. We are excited to be working with Invest DC the project managers. Will will work up the scheme to RIBA Stage 4 and provide Principal designer services too.
