Out to tender

After an arduous journey through planning and a global pandemic thrown in to confuse everyone our new build house in Lowther Road, Barnes is out to tender. The existing 1900's property was suffering badly from subsidence and poor foundations so we are demolishing and starting again with a new basement, housing games rooms and gym.

The new house will have 5 bedrooms, be super energy efficient and make use of green roofs and Solar panels

There will also be a separate Pool house at the end of the garden. We're excited to get going with this one and delivering our creative vision for our client, a young family.

Work starts in Q1 2021.
