ROSS HOUSE, ENFIELD

Excited to have secured a project to deliver 42 homes within an existing office block in Enfield. The three storey building will be extended by two further stories under permitted development class AA to create two new floors of homes.

Re-using the existing structure and upgrading thermal elements on the existing building will save both time and embodied carbon (will come back with specifics on this later). New elements will be highly insulated and naturally ventilated.

A lightweight steel frame, manufactured offsite will allow project delivery in just over 12 months. Looking forward to working with Milestone Group to deliver the project for Dominvus
