We created a beautiful Wine Bar and Pizza restaurant out of abandoned underground Public toilets in a prime location in Clapham, whilst integrating the scheme neatly into the surrounding area.

Two sets of fine Victorian Public Facilities had been abandoned and our client wanted a split offering of secluded underground bar and overground stop off restaurant.

Our  understanding of the buildings and our thorough research and engagement with local stakeholders allowed our client to get planning permission and a late licence for the premises in a restricted area. Simultaneously creating cool and vibrant designs well suited to their retail purpose.
